AC 612/21
LIP Antifriction coatings are a range of products offering a long-lasting solution to squeaks and rattles in automotive interiors.
The PEOX product for example, is a water-based product that has the viscosity of a gel/grease, it is a fraction of the cost when compared to expensive perfluoropolyether (PFPE) type greases/oils and has quickly found acceptance throughout the car industry.
A cost effective alternative to Carbaflo, XTR5, KSP105 and other similar products, LIP antifriction coatings and dry film lubricants are primarily used by automotive OEMs and their interior trim parts suppliers to eliminate squeaks, rattles and general noise issues with interior trim and upholstery.
There are a wide range of applications for LIP products involving numerous types of material combinations such as leather, plastics (both hard and soft), rubber, vinyl, metal and glass.

AC 602/2 is a product designed to eliminate squeaks and sounds that arise when squashed rubber seals rub against glass, metals and plastics. An ideal solution for any window or sunroof seals that are causing irritating squeaking sounds. Like much of the the LIP antifriction range, this product is used by some automotive manufacturers to guard against trim noise problems and customer complaints.
